• Once the payment is made, the service is considered confirmed, and work begins accordingly.

3. No Refund Policy

• We do not offer any refunds once payment has been completed.

• By making a payment, you confirm your understanding and acceptance of this no-refund policy.

• In case of project delays due to client non-cooperation or lack of required materials, the amount will not be refunded.

4. Client Responsibilities

• The client is responsible for providing accurate information, access credentials, and approvals required for the execution of services.

• Delays caused due to incomplete client inputs will not be the responsibility of A2Z Web Booster.

5. Intellectual Property

• All content, designs, code, and creatives created by A2Z Web Booster remain the property of the client once the final payment is cleared.

• We reserve the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless explicitly requested not to.

6. Limitation of Liability

• A2Z Web Booster shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.

• We are not liable for issues caused by third-party platforms (Google, Meta, hosting providers, etc.)

7. Termination

• We reserve the right to terminate any ongoing service without prior notice if the client violates our terms or engages in unethical or illegal activities.

• Any termination due to client misconduct will not result in any refund.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically for changes.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
